Injuries
- All players must report an injury immediately to the Head Athletic Trainer or Assistant Athletic Trainer immediately after an injury has occurred.
- Only the Head Athletic Trainer may authorize a doctor appointment for any player.
- Players who are injured must present the Athletic Trainer with a signed paper stating they are cleared for full participation in practice.
- Any player who is injured is still expected to attend practice, unless dismissed by the Head Coach.
- Knee Braces are to be worn by ALL LINEMEN, no exceptions.
- DO NOT MISS ANY DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS, EVER.
- Failure to abide by the above policies could result in loss of employment with the Sioux City Bandits.

Contracts
- All players must sign a contract upon arrival to the team.
- All players must have a physical and IMPACT test scheduled within 24 hours of arriving on the team.
Hotel Policies
- Because of travel distances, we often get to our destination late. Be mindful of other guests in the hotel and keep the noise to a minimum.
- Respect all hotel rules and requests.
- Listen to your coaching staff.
Game Day Tickets
Game Day Tickets are coordinated through Paul Dacres the week of the game.
Public Appearances
Players are expected to participate in at least two community service activities each season.These experiences allow our players to see firsthand the impact they can have and to understand how much they are looked up to - especially by young people.
Being a member of the Sioux City Bandits is a privilege, and with that privilege comes responsibility and accountability.
Team Fines
- Failure to appear at an appearance
- Failure to show for a Doctor’s appointment
- Failure to report an injury to the trainer
- Conduct detrimental to the team
- Throwing a football in the stands
- Personal Foul in a game
- Failure to pay a hotel bill
- Failure to follow hotel guidelines
